Returns
We accept returns of unopened boxes within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Box must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your box arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
