Delivery times may vary during holidays or carrier delays.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing:

• Check with family members or neighbors

• Verify the shipping address

• Contact the carrier

We will assist as much as possible but cannot guarantee replacement for packages marked “delivered.”
